Here's how we do it:

Customized Buyer Research. A fresh database of approximately 1,000 potential strategic and financial buyers all over Europe is researched and created for every client-company.
Blind, one-page profile. A concise presentation of your company is sent with a short introductory letter in the local language to the list of possible strategic and financial buyers.
Phone follow up. Every potential buyer receives a phone call after the mailing.
Confidentiality Agreements. Interested and screened potential buyers will be emailed a confidentiality agreement. Marketing-oriented book (Offering Memorandum). The compelling narrative and graphic description of your company’s achievements, strengths and future opportunities and the video will be emailed.
Coordination with US dealmaker. Woodbridge Europe will coordinate visits, timeline, due diligence etc. with US dealmaker.
