Transportation and Logistics Advisor joins Woodbridge Group

Almelo, The Netherlands – February 22, 2011 – Woodbridge Group is pleased to welcome Richard Clepper as Senior M&A Advisor for Transportation and Logistics.
Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Dick has over 35 years of experience in the operating performance of companies in the motor carrier and logistics segments of the North American transportation industry.
Dick has held a number of senior management positions in sales and operations through his career, principally at Yellow Transportation and is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Transportation.
Mr. Clepper will focus on providing sell-side and buy-side services to Woodbridge clients in the Transportation and Logistics industry.
"I understand the challenges transportation and logistics firms experience and am eager to bring that understanding to Woodbridge clients as they navigate the sale of their business or the acquisition of a complementary company," said Mr. Clepper.
