Woodbridge Group Opens Boston Office

New Haven, Connecticut – December 8, 2008 - Woodbridge Group, Inc., an innovative mergers and acquisition firm serving middle market companies, has opened an office in Boston. The new office will be headed by longtime dealmakers Brace Carpenter and Tom Hawke, who will serve Woodbridge Group's sell-side and buy-side clients throughout New England.

Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Hawke have been advising middle market clients on M&A transactions for over 20 years and have completed hundreds of deals in the U.S. and U.K. across a broad range of industries.
