Woodbridge Europe, founded in 2006, is a unique M&A firm centrally located in the Netherlands. Woodbridge Europe is a partnership between the U.S. based M&A advisory firm Woodbridge Group Inc, and the Netherlands and French based European Business Development Organization EuroDev B.V.

We provide high quality buy-side advisory services to companies and Private Equity Groups, managing deals with a transaction value of € 5 million- € 50 million. Besides our buy side services, we market U.S. based sell-side clients of Woodbridge Group Inc. all over Europe. The unique partnership with EuroDev B.V. provides us specific industry knowledge, contacts and access to proprietary databases in Europe.
